**The Administrative Manager is a vital position to ensure that CB HomeCare remains in compliance, meets the needs of each individual branch office, and ensure our clients receive the services that they need. The Administrative Manager provides superior customer service to every individual/organization that the office interfaces with each day.**

**Qualifications:**

* Two years college or equivalent experience with a related field.

* Basic computer skills

* Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally

* Proven communication and problem-solving skills.

* Must be able to work in a face passed environment: adaptable, flexible, and able to maintain and ensure complete care to our clients during change.

**Work Performed:**

* Serve as the subject matter expert for those tasks that have been centralized within QHS.

* Responsibility for all functions centralized functions within the assigned state. Assist applicants with the employment application and related paperwork to submit to the Branch Manager.

* Take and triage calls/web inquiries for both recruiting and inquiries to the appropriate office.

* Run DMV checks for all required employees/applicants. Escalate questionable results to the Regional Clinical Director or Senior Vice President to determine the outcome.

* Run Criminal History checks for all required employees/applicants. Escalate questionable results to the Regional Clinical Director or Senior Vice President to determine the outcome.

* Run monthly reports to validate each employee's credentials.

* Manage the MCO Contracts for current and future engagements. Currently,

+ AmeriHealth

+ Healthy Blue/Blue Advantage

+ Carolina Complete

+ United Health Care

+ Wellcare

* Assist in obtaining references on potential employees.

* Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System is appropriately and completely used. Makes sure that required background and health screenings are submitted prior to employment.

* Managed Care portals/websites at least daily

+ New clients

+ New authorizations

+ Changed authorizations

+ Terminated Clients.

* Serve as Subject Matter Expert / Assist offices to all items Managed Care. Take weekly minutes, as requested.

* Check QI / Liberty no less than daily for new referrals

* Create and maintain a central contract repository for the division.

* Perform calls to new Employees per Policy and Procedure.

* Serve as staffing support for the branch offices, as needed.

* All other duties, as assigned.
