**Job Description**
Our manufacturing site in Clayton is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for communication between Customer Service, Sales and Manufacturing. This position will assist in Identifying internal requirements and work with Customer Service and manufacturing to provide responsive customer service and a strong sense for quality and continuous improvement to our customers.
**Job Requirements**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support external Customer Service Representatives by collecting required materials for production orders, performing 2nd checks and moving jobs to planning
* Assist CS to generate the inquiries and coordinate the flow of structural and graphic materials required for development and approval of new packages and graphics
* Prepare inventory management reports as required by Sales and customers
* Maintain correspondence, pricing and sales order files in keeping with internal records retention guidelines and ISO procedures
* Prepare Customer Satisfaction reports on an individual customer basis as required
* Participate in production/scheduling meetings and provide timely updates on order status to Sales and Customer
* Develop a positive and friendly working relationship with customers through visit to their locations, participation in partnership teams, attendance in customer sponsored training programs, participation in customer visits and on press job OKs, etc
**Skills, qualifications and/or experience:**
* Customer focused proven ability to provide consistent highly-quality support with a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
* Must demonstrate good judgement with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
* Deadline and detail oriented
* Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must possess the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
* Must be self-motivated with the ability to initiate and follow through on assignments
* Strong time management skills are necessary with the ability to multitask
