We re seeking an organized and highly motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This position will be handling a book of business while processing new/renewal business while providing customer service to clients as assigned and requested.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responds directly and promptly to client inquiries and requests
Accurately prepares, processes, and reviews various documents such as certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, binders, renewal information requests, audits, endorsements, proposals, etc.
Audits policies for coverages as quoted, proposed and bound.
Develops and maintain client service plans and manages mid-term changes
Responsible for new client setup and ongoing client maintenance in the agency management system.
Completes premium finance agreement requests
Requests and summarizes loss runs and process claims
Meets with clients as needed to enhance knowledge of client accounts.
Assists with new account development
Creates insurance proposal to compare competitive insurance program options

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Three or more years of experience in Personal and Commercial Insurance preferred
Life and Health Insurance experience a plus
Licenses or Certifications:
Active Wisconsin Property and Casualty license required
