Compensation:

• Commission ONLY, with the potential for bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, colleagues, and the community at large
• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per company guidelines (No Quotas).
• Oversee customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters, etc.
• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals
• Real Estate, Mortgage Origination, and/or Lending Experience is required
• Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Current NMLS State License in at least (ONE) of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, FL, NC, NV, TX, or VA.
