Business Process Analyst

Job Details

Alexander Technology Group is currently working with a Defense Client that is looking to hire a Business Process Analyst with Infor LN experience to join their team remotely. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Utilize Infor LN expertise to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements.
2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements. Translate business needs into functional requirements and design specifications.
3. Solution Design: Design and propose solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize utilization of the Infor LN system. Develop detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
4. System Configuration and Customization: Configure Infor LN modules to align with improved business processes. Customize system functionality as needed to meet specific business requirements, leveraging Infor LN tools and technologies.

Requirements:

1. 5+ Years Business Analyst experience with Infor LN expertise.
2. Experience in change management and driving organizational change initiatives.
3. Must be US Citizen, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
