Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

$75k-$85k +10% Bonus

Lead a team of 10-15 technicians to maintain & optimize Distribution Center operations.

• Oversee work requests, assign tasks, & ensure project deadlines are met.
• Coach & develop team members, fostering a growth & safety-focused environment.
• Diagnose & troubleshoot equipment, building, & system failures, including automation & robotics.
• Recommend improvements for operational equipment & implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Utilize CMMS software & collaborate with internal & external partners to minimize operational impact.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading a maintenance technician team.
• 5+ years in large warehouse/distribution center maintenance; 3+ years supervising.
• Experience with building management systems & automated equipment (PLC, Motor controls, etc.)
• Knowledge of fire protection & electrical systems.
