JOB SUMMARY
To supervise and manage a team of of 5 employees consisting of CRCs, Research Assistants, and CRNs. To ensure successful execution of pharmaceutical and device research protocols conducted by your team. To carry out these responsibilities while ensuring subject/patient safety and while following applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies and procedures, federal regulations, medical ethics, GCPs, ICH guidelines, IRB requirements, and in compliance with specific sponsor protocol requirements. To promote, support, and supervise the team s completion of the above. To foster growth of all members of your team. To provide leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating the conduct of studies. To assist with hiring of new team members of assigned team. To perform written and verbal evaluations of team members.
Must Have:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a high degree of urgency and a strong work ethic.
- Full time, In-person: Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm (some flex hours)
- 5 years of clinical research experience (specific experience in sponsor-initiated pharmaceutical trials)
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
