IDS International is seeking former US Army 13J - Field Artillery Fire Direction Crew Member Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide a Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) for training, technical support, and advice to the Romanian Government and the Romanian Indirect Fires Forces (RIFF) at various operating sites within Romania.

**Contract Duration: 36 months**

**Location: Focsani, Romania**

**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum 5 years experience as a MOS 13J or 13P in a U.S. Army HIMARS Battalion

* Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the tactical employment and operation of the HIMARS Fire Directions system

* Has served as one or more of the following:

+ HIMARS Platoon Fire Direction Center (FDC) Chief at a U.S. HIMARS Battery.

+ HIMARS 13J or 13P Master Gunner at a U.S. HIMARS Battalion.

+ Electronic Missile Maintenance Officer (EMMO) at a U.S. HIMARS Battalion

* Must possess a current SECRET Security Clearance

* Must be fluent in English

Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing. Most positions require ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time. Computer activities include reading, reviewing and analyzing information, as well as providing recommendations, summaries, and reports in written or verbal format. Additionally, positions require ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; as well as speak and hear.
