** IT Site Support Specialist**
Location: New Hudson, MI, US
Entry Level: Professionals (3+ years) Function: Information Technology **Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for an IT SiteSupport Specialist located at an upcoming new plant in New Hudson, MI**

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the Infrastructure and Support activities for facilities(s) of assigned plant
* Consults with business unit departments and/or management regarding current business technology needs / problems, including helping colleagues anticipate future needs, which have technology solutions
* Facilitates problem resolution by reviewing open tickets, gathering additional information, updating users on status and driving the resolution process
* Direct contributor to service delivery
* Provide technical leadership for areas of specialty and responsibility as a member of the Services group
* Participate in and/or lead assigned projects
* Assist with local area network and client/server operating system upgrades
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives; participate in new hardware and software projects
* Manage local area network and client/server hardware and software
* Manage computer communication technology
* Manage records related to corporate computer environment (hardware and software)
* Ensures system / network is secure from unauthorized access
* Promote and adhere to policy, standards, practices, and fully participate within the change management processes
* Regional coordination of IT security footprint including participation in ISO security management, IATF audits, overall cyber security management
* Travel to other sites as needed
**Education & Experience:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3+ years experience in IT network / support / project management experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification preferred
* Experience in LAN/WAN environment and cyber security tools and policies
* Excellent leadership and project implementation skills
* Experience with IT startup at a new facility
