**Description**
Starting Pay = $19.00/hour
Accountabilities:
* Responsible for leading associates in meeting customer requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
* Optimize resources while ensuring finished product meet specifications based on Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, and all other governmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Works with other leads and supervisors to schedule work/jobs.
* Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
* Write, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
* Directly and through technical support, establishes programs to control and improve processes. Assures that control measures are reported as required.
* Investigates and diagnoses problems in a timely manner.
* Provides training and cross-training to assure schedules are met within budget, product specifications, quality requirements and safety standards.
* During the absence of the Supervisor the Lead will manage the department.
* Have an understanding of SQF, responsible for Food Safety /Food Quality and the responsibility to take action when notified or becomes aware of any Food Safety or Food Quality issue.
* Ensures associates work in a safe manner executing company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* 3-5 years high speed manufacturing experience
* 1-3 years of lead experience
* Microsoft Office
* Training Experience
* Proven Communication Skills
* Must have a steady employment history which is defined as at least two years at each of your previous three positions.
Pay Scale:
* Starting Base Rate = $19.00/hour
* Tier Based Pay Scale can raise the pay rate to $22.50/Hour
* Shift Differential Offered for 2nd & 3rd Shift = $1.00/hour
