Master Control Administrator


Job Details

Our client is looking to fill an immediate Master Control Administrator consulting opportunity - MC Certification is required for this application. The Administrator will have the ability to provide modules within Master Control (e.g., Document Control, Training, Deviations, CAPA Change Control, Audits, Supplier Management), software validation background in Master Control, can troubleshoot and train employees in Master Control. Ability to be onsite with some remote flexibility.


Responsibilities:


  • Administer and maintain system configuration and controls
  • Work with the vendor to troubleshoot and resolve application issues; provide timely updates to the end users on changes and upgrades
  • User administration, including creating, updating, and disabling user accounts; managing roles for access rights
  • Develop training and train system users
  • Develop reports to enable efficient reporting of key metrics and analytics
  • Ensure system data integrity and audit trails
  • Build, maintain, and update vaults, infocards, workflows, lifecycles, document types
  • Build, maintain, and update electronic forms and templates
  • Import and maintain various types of documentation
  • Support the implementation and validation of system upgrades and changes
  • Identify process and system opportunities for improvement through periodic system auditing and performance trends


Computer Skills:


  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in MasterControl system administrative functions and ability to implement various Quality Management System modules (Advanced Quality Event Management (AQEM), previously known as Field Base Solutions (CHANGE-CONTROL, DEVIATION, CAPA, AUDIT etc.)


Education:


  • BS in science-related field is preferred
  • MasterControl administrator certification


Experience:


  • Min. of 3+ years of relevant MasterControl administrative work experience including successful implementation of Quality Management modules (including but not limited to; Document, Training, Change Control, CAPA, Deviations)
  • GMP and QA experience in Pharmaceuticals/Biotech
