You will have the opportunity to manage the creation of a high-performance analytics platform that advances how businesses worldwide unleash the most value from their data. You will play a vital role within a rapidly growing organization while working closely with a creative, dedicated team to solve complex user experience problems and communicate design needs with a human-centered lens.This is a hands-on, individual contributor Product Management role, with high visibility and a great opportunity to have a direct and immediate impact on the roadmap, product operations, and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for your functionality area.Market/Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in your functionality area.Customer Focus: Collaborate with customers to understand their pain points and requirements, ensuring that our product aligns with their needs and we are building products that scale into future areas.Roadmap Management: Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market dynamics, business goals, and customer input. Youll be instrumental in working with stakeholders, clients, and others to help refine the roadmap for your functionality area, and drive excellence through project execution.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, engineering, design, client teams, and others to deliver high-quality products on time that solve the most pressing problems for our users.Launch and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and continue to optimize and enhance the product post-launch. A large portion of this role focuses on product operations.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, measure product performance, and iterate on product features.Initiative and Intuition: Bring your own experience and personality to the team. You will not be told what to do or how to do it a lot of the time - instead, youll use data, instinct, and feedback loops to guide you on whats next and how to build amazing products.QualificationsExperience with Product Lifecycle from strategic visioning, discovery, and implementation.Experience helping clients/customers optimize and transform their business through the effective delivery and implementation of various digital solutions.A demonstrated track record in applying user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform product decisions, translating those outcomes into a product roadmap.An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences that delight customers and solve complex problems.Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Requirements4-7 years of experience in Product ManagementBachelors degree or equivalentExcellent verbal and written skillsProven ability to address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitudeAble to manage multiple projects/product lines at a time with sharp organizational skills and attention to detailCandidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.Salary Range: 125,000 - 150,000#ThinkBRGAbout BRGBerkeley Research Group, LLC (BRG) is a global consulting firm that helps leading organizations advance in three key areas: disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and strategy and operations.
