Adero Partners is searching for a Client Service Associate to join our team, with locations available in either Portland, Oregon, or the Bay Area. While this role is fully remote, we do offer occasional in-person events and meetings that we encourage you to attend. We want candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional client service with a team-based approach.

Responsibilities:
Prepare custodial and internal forms for clients which include new account paperwork, transfers, agreements, and many others
Work with clients in a timely manner with their requests (money transfers, documents, meetings, etc.)
Prepare Private Investment forms and facilitate regular Capital Calls
Work with other CSA s to improve client processes
Support Wealth Advisors and Portfolio Management on client needs
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent written & verbal communication
Superb attention to detail
Knowledge in Alternative Investments and Private Investment paperwork
Experience with Foreign transactions
Accurate, high quality work product
Creative problem solving
Working knowledge of custodian forms (Schwab & Fidelity)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree, preferably in a finance/business related major
Two years of work experience preferred in Client Services
Salary and Benefits:
$55k to $90k base salary (commensurate with experience)
