Robert Half is seeking a PA licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience within civil litigation; plaintiff. This role focuses on civil litigation, specifically supporting our consumer litigation team. The successful candidate will leverage their high-level writing skills and experience in document review. This is a contract to hire position fully onsite in Center City Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
Apply 3-5 years of experience in Civil litigation, preferably with a focus on plaintiffs
Provide support to the consumer litigation team
Utilize high-level writing skills for various legal documents and communications
Conduct thorough document reviews as necessary
Apply knowledge and experience with Case Management Software, Legal software, and LexisNexis
Use the Management System for efficient workflow and organization
Prepare and deliver briefings on case progress and outcomes
Handle Civil Litigation Experience and Claim Administration
Manage Complaint Handling and Documentation
Utilize your background in Consumer Law and Legal Writing for effective case management.
Requirements
Must be active and in good standing in PA
Proven experience in Civil Litigation
Ability to handle complaints and manage documentation effectively
Experience in Consumer Law preferred
Proficiency in Legal Writing and Document Review is required.
