Bridgeline Staffing is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a Worcester School District for the remainder of the school year and/or over the summer. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, a Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License, and experience working with school-aged children.
As an Occupational Therapist with Bridgeline Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, ranging from early childhood to high school students. We offer competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
