> The Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, winner of Hilton Hotels prestigious Connie Award and a AAA 4 Diamond property, is looking to add to our Guest Service Team **The Madison Beach Hotel is looking for a Outgoing Guest Service Agent that would like to incorporate Concierge skills into their daily routine.**
The perfect candidate would be friendly, outgoing, individual that possesses outstanding guest service skills. Also must have a pleasant, well-groomed appearance, basic computer skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, ability to stand and move about for extended periods, ability to read and write and perform basic math, and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
**What you will be doing**
Answering phones, greeting guests, checking guest into and out of the hotel, acting as cashier, taking reservations, responding to inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local area. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends and holidays.
Required 1 year Front Desk Experience in the hospitality industry; prefer Hilton experience but not required
Prefer 4 star service experience
Compensation: $16 - $18 ~ depending on experience! Very Competitive base rate! + Health/Dental/Vision Benefits (with large employer subsidy)+ Paid Time Off: 136 HOURS in the 1st YEAR! + MORE!
