Life Scan Wellness Centers is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our HR department by providing administrative support to our HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with HR projects and initiatives, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing general administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative role
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
