This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Atomus located in San Francisco, CA.
The Opportunity
The Head of Sales will be expected to lead a team that sells Atomus Aegis into customers located throughout the United States. They will grow the sales organization from 2 account executives currently by figuring out what is working, formalizing it, and scaling it through hiring and ramping up new members of the sales team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support, Coaching and Training
- Oversee efforts to meet and exceed annual and quarterly company new revenue targets.
- Maximize sales team member retention and team satisfaction by being an excellent coach and leader.
- Own onboarding, training and sales development for AE s and SDRs.
- Creating a Hiring Plan Scaling from 2 AE s and 1 SDR to a larger sales organization to meet the company s revenue targets.
- Sales Process Implementation and Execution
- Training and coaching the sales team on sales methodology best practices.
- Optimize Atomus outreach to key prospects through outbound
- Sales Metric Management
- Lead 1-1 and team coaching sessions with salespeople on your team.
- Maintain a consistent and proactive forecasting cadence, including a very high standard for pipeline hygiene.
- Ensure your team understands and anticipates customer/prospect business goals and KPIs to best align and customize their approach and commercial offering to their needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ Years Sales Leadership experience ideally as a head of sales or VP of Sales but at a minimum a first line sales manager
- Experience hiring, onboarding, ramping and retaining Account Executives
- Experience selling GRC, compliance or cybersecurity software
- Ideally has experience growing a company from ~2M ARR to ~9M ARR.
- Based in San Francisco California
- Be a US Citizen
- Not afraid to close their own deals with a proven experience with your own pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Experience using modern sales management tools (Hubspot, Apollo, Clari, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership with consultative selling, objection-handling and customer-oriented demo skills.
