We are currently seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, be comfortable working with numbers, and possess strong organizational skills. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and updating various data into computer systems, verifying accuracy, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
Input and update customer information and other data into computer systems
Verify accuracy and completeness of data and correct errors as needed
Ensure timely and accurate data entry by following established procedures and guidelines
Conduct research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Maintain accurate and organized records of information and prepare reports as needed
Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office and data processing software
Basic math and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong data entry and verification skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
