Role Description

This is a full-time position as an Outside Sales Consultant located in the greater Charlotte Metropolitan Region. The Outside Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads, making sales presentations, preparing professional proposals and superstar consultative selling.

Qualifications

  • Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and review proposals for accuracy and professionalism
  • Experience in Lead Generation and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Work closely with Inside Sales to close loop on all appointments
  • 1-2 years Sales Experience Required
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Offices Suites
  • Ability to function in high pressure situations
  • Willingness to accept and integrate constructive feedback


Compensation

  • Base Salary $80,000 - $100,000 plus uncapped commissions
