summary Job Title: Shipping/Receiving- Jasper TN Reports To: Shipping/Receiving Supervisor Shipping/Receiving personnel oversees the shipping/receiving function to the documented quality system in order to fulfill customer's expectations. Duties and Responsibilities Review paperwork on inbound freight. Receive and identify incoming material, including customer property, as required. Load and unload trucks. Receive and weigh returned material for CS to enter into RMA system. Report damaged freight as required and initiate freight claims as required. Provide OJT to all Material Handlers in Shipping/Receiving. Operate lift trucks as required. Review Packing List and Bill of Lading from CS to verify contents to be shipped for accuracy. Ensure shipments include all documents and color chips as required. Distribute Packing List and Bill of Lading and return signed copy to office. required-skills: Previous Supervisor or Lead experience Forklift Certified Attention to Detail Accurate data entry into ERP and WMS Able to work 2nd/ 3rd shift as needed High Schoolrequired-experience: 2 years
