Through leadership, one must delegate, train and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. Primary responsibilities of those in store management are to manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets and team member's personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. We are looking for qualified individuals for roles of keyholder with future possibilities evolving into assistant manager and store manager. Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand and walk for up to 8 hours during a shift and have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Come join a fun and exciting team! Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' Experience in Retail Leadership position. Must like to have fun while working! Thank you.

Additional Info

Pay rate is $13.00 to $16.00, depending on experience level. Minimum of 25 hours per week for a Part-Time Keyholder Position, and 40 hours per week for a Full-Time position. Excellent advancement opportunities, as owner's store count is expanding rapidly! Have two additional stores opening Fall of 2022.
