Vision IT seeks an Access Control Support Specialist - Facility Guard to support our Army/Fort Huachuca customer. Vision IT recognizes that People are our driving force. **Primary Duties:**

Serve as a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) physical security professional to support the Fort Huachuca customer in the physical security support needed to assist and maintain the overall operation of their SCI physical security program. Assist with the management of the physical security aspects of the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) lifecycle.

* Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment

* Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises

* Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process

* Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons

* Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.

* Prepares logs and reports as required.

**Basic Qualifications:**

* Experience with managing and maintaining an SCI physical security program for the federal government

* Experience with managing all the physical security aspects of the SCIF lifecycle

* Experience with preparing for annual SCIF self-inspections that are conducted, documented, and maintained in accordance with (IAW) applicable SCIF requirements and SCIF intrusion detection system (IDS) tested semi-annually, documented, and maintained in accordance with (IAW) applicable SCIF requirements

* Experience with developing SCIF specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on how that SCIF will be managed and aid in the staffing of the SOPs for approval and ensuring these SOPs are reviewed and approved annually

* This position requires the candidate have an active **TS/SCI clearance**
