We are looking for **Sales Manager - BNP PARIBAS LEASING**

**Perimeter:**

The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and management of the Partnership with CaixaBank in Iberia.

He / she is a member of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Business Unit Technology Solutions, based in Madrid and will be part of the BNP Paribas 3 Step IT local branch.

**Missions:**

He/she will be under the supervision of the Head of International Business Development of BNPP 3 Step IT (Corporate team), and will be responsible to:

Drive the development of the business with CaixaBank:

* Act as a SPOC for topics related to the Partnership;

* Contribute to define the Sales strategy to offer Technology Lifecycle Management services to CaixaBank Customers;

* Contribute to determine sales targets with CaixaBank Commercial team and define related Sales plan;

* Contribute to define the value proposition, adapt the product offering, the Sales pitch and the processes;

* Coordinate partnership sales programs, marketing campaigns to promote TLM,

* Prepare and present Sales reviews with the Partners

Support CaixaBank Sales to sale Technology Lifecycle Management:

* Contribute to educate and train CaixaBank Sales/RM teams on TLM (offer, pricing, pitch);

* Contribute to qualify and list key prospects and define commercial plans;

* Regular interlocks with CaixaBank Relationship Manager to track/ follow up opportunities;

* Support CaixaBank Sales to prepare clients meetings, proposals, responses to RFP;

* Attend client facing meeting with CaixaBank Sales;

* Help to close deals and handle escalation process within BNPP 3SI for deal requiring special approvals (pricing, process, legal)

Support BNPP 3 STEP IT IBO Teams and CIB Channel to extend / close deals in Spain:

* Support International Deals and expansion of BNPP 3 Step IT business opportunities for Spain

* Contribute in closing the deal in Spain (credit process with BNPP, contract and commercial negotiations, customer on-boarding)

**Main contacts:**

The Sales Manager reports to Head of International Business Development (hierarchical link) and to the Head of Technology Solutions of BPLS Spain (Functional Link).

The Sales Manager is in direct contact with the Relation Manager in CaixaBank responsible for the partnership with BNPP3SI.

Internally, He/she is in contact with the management of BNPP3SI, the Business Unit Technology Solutions in Spain, the local Customer Service Coordinator and local Support Functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT)

This role requires the willingness to travel regularly in Spain, mainly to Barcelona, and occasionally in European cities.

**Profile:**

**Experience**

* Equipment finance and leasing industry specialist having ideally a substantial experience in Technology markets, at least at national level. Experience in Technology Lifecycle Management is a plus

* Experience in dealing with large corporates and record of successfully rolling out a strategic partnership project involving multiple stakeholders would be a major plus.

**Education**

* Spanish Language

* Fluent in English.

* Knowledge of French language will be a plus.
