5+ years designing, planning, and deploying Microsoft-based solutions such as Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other Microsoft technologies to meet clients' requirements.
Proven ability to administer and maintain Windows-based systems, ensuring their stability, performance, security, and scalability.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft systems, applications, and services.
Implement security best practices and ensure systems and data adhere to relevant compliance standards, such as NIST or CIS.
Keep systems up to date by applying patches, updates, and security fixes.
Demonstrated experience using monitoring tools and conducting regular performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus.
Scripting or programming skills (PowerShell, Python) are advantageous.
Experience with any of the following: Splunk, DNAC, DNS/Infoblox, SolarWinds
