Role Overview: As a Product Manager for our web portal and mobile applications, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and ongoing improvement of our digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to create exceptional user experiences, prioritize features, and deliver value to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy for our web portal and mobile apps, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and user stories based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap that outlines the product's evolution and feature releases.
- User Experience (UX): Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Development Oversight: Work closely with engineering teams, providing clear guidance and requirements, and overseeing the product development process.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, conducting user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to keep our product offerings competitive and relevant.
- Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, including feature announcements and user training.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and track KPIs to assess product performance, user engagement, and adoption.
- Risk Management: Identify potential issues, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively address them to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of managing web and mobile products.
- Deep knowledge of web and mobile technologies, design principles, and development processes.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
