Responsibilities & Duties:
- Trouble shooting
- Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
- Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
- Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process
- Organize and execute duties as directed by the owner of the process
- Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low cost, high quality producer
- Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
- Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
- Works overtime as necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Other Requirements
- Frequent standing & walking required
- Computer skills, typing skills, and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets
- Certified in LOTO
- Work as a team member to solve problems
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Technical schooling/training preferred
