Job Details
A Retail Associate at The Mill is part of a retail team with duties of assisting customers to find suitable products, providing information on the vast inventory of products we sell, assisting in all store maintenance activities including restocking, merchandising, cleaning and inventory support.
**Responsibilities**
Conduct transactions on POS system
Observe store conditions and maintain the store as needed for cleaning and restocking
Assist in inventory activities
Rotate product and merchandise
Learn technical details of product lines carried
Support the company mission and teams **Experience**
Retail and customer service experience
Experience or knowledge of pets, horses or livestock is beneficial
