Even with our 9.7 customer satisfaction score, at times customers get stuck. You will help them get set up, understand the software and troubleshoot any issues that may come up.

You aren't just a customer support rep, you are helping customers successfully use our business development tools.

Often what's stopping customers from finding success requires a conversation about their business, their goals, and behaviors and helping them see where our products and services can best serve them.

As long as you are ready to learn, we will train you on all the tech stuff, how to be comfortable mentoring our customers, helping them brainstorm how to better implement our products into a broader business strategy.

**Responsibilities**

* Consult and mentor our customers via phone, chat, and email

* Educate and train our customers to effectively utilize our products

* Troubleshoot and solve customer issues using creativity and ingenuity

* Remain committed to resolving the customers concerns

* Take proactive initiative to create an exceptional customer experience

**Qualifications**

* Knows how to own and solve problems without the need to always involve a manager

* Are self-motivated and never need to be micromanaged

* Thrive on taking ownership and can see things through

* Can confidently guide and educate our customers on how to find success using our products

* Take pride in exceptional customer service

* Want to use their experience to make a difference in a growing company

**Compensation & Benefits**
