Overview:Commonwealth Senior Living is currently seeking a detail oriented, self-disciplined Maintenance Director to plan, direct, and control the overall maintenance of the community's physical plant. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems to address maintenance issues as well as ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal life-safety code regulations. He or she will also collaborate with other department heads to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. He or She is a Culture Ambassador!
