**Post Order Processing Representative** Location **Herndon, VA** # of openings **1** Security Clearance **No Clearance Required** **SUMMARY:**

A Post Order Processing Representative is responsible for supporting Purchase Order/Sales Order (POSO) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests. This mission critical role requires experience with change management standards to ensure orders meet contractual obligations, tax/credit approval standards, and to ensure that orders remain compliant to customer, government and Iron Bow requirements.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** :

* Perform compliance checks between customer purchase order and Oracle system change order request within expected SLAs.

* Review and monitor POSO/RMA portals to ensure tickets are up to date and progressing per SLA

* Identify and notate issues that result in making changes to orders so preventative action can be taken on future orders to minimize order changes

* Work closely with the Sr. Manager and team leads on new policies and procedures as needed

* Maintain assigned POSO/RMA volume

* Handle RMA requests, returns/replacements, and credits, working directly with Order Management to ensure process is complete

* Follow up with appropriate parties and notate activities until issues are resolved and change order is completed

* Distribute reports to monitor and measure team SLA

* Work cross-functionally to drive POSO/RMA requests to a close

* Other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

* Minimum of 1-3 years experience in change management, order management, customer service, or other relevant experience

* Experience handling Government, Prime and Commercial IT Solutions preferred

* Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

* Previous experience with Oracle EBS a significant plus
