The Gameday Premium Hospitality Assistant is a part-time, in-season position during all Steelers home games that will help enhance the Premium gameday experience as companies and their guests arrive to their pregame Premium Hospitality locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with setting up Premium Hospitality areas prior to guests arriving
Meet and greet all Premium guests and answer any preliminary questions
Proactively assists all guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality
Receive and quickly act upon requests or issues that arise from guests; refer pressing issues to supervisor
Knowledge of Premium Hospitality amenities and Acrisure Stadium seating is a must
Establish and maintain cooperative and professional relationship with peers, supervisors, and all other members of the organization
Perform additional functions and duties as directed by the Premium Hospitality & Group Sales Manager
Must be able to work all Steelers home regular season games
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
Strong, courteous customer service skills a must
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Friendly, outgoing personality
Comfortable interacting with a premium hospitality guests
Availability must align with Steelers home game schedule
