Position Overview
Provide general office support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Route phone calls, direct visitors, provide forms and information.
- Coordinate large mailings to include large mail merges.
- Organize and maintain database.
- Filing, copying, compiling spreadsheets.
- Prepare reports, information sheets and maps.
- Maintain and schedule appointment calendars.
- Maintain departmental files.
- General assistance throughout the building.
- Update computers and IT throughout the building.
- Assist with data entry and scanning.
- Perform any and all related duties as required or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High School education plus two years related experience required.
Must possess excellent customer service skills, flexibility, prioritization and organizational skills; ability to organize and maintain manual and electronic filing systems; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and calendar systems; ability to access created networked files, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
