Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for assisting guests in designated areas within Patron Services.
? Provides guest with programs and information as needed.
? Responsible for accurate accounting of receipts for sales of programs and related journals.
? Responsible for picking up and distributing programs, Racing forms & Harness eye.
? Accurately completes reports for accounting purposes.
? Promotes guest safety within respective areas.
? Responsible for maintaining guest safety when horses are entering & exiting the Paddock area.
? Performs all other duties as assigned.
? Promotes outstanding customer relations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Previous experience in customer service and public relations.
? Must be knowledgeable of Thoroughbred Racing Industry.
? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
? Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
