aiGENE aims to revolutionize cancer therapy by providing the first inexpensive, pan-cancer monitoring test that can determine if a cancer therapy is working within a month of therapy intiation. We target completing the test on-site within an hour of the patient providing plasma, fingerstick blood or urine. For the first time oncologists will be able to routinely, on an every visit basis answer the question "Doc is my therapy working?"
Role Description
This is a part to full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer at aiGENE, Inc. located in Denver Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and actively managing the company's financings, operations, financials, and overall performance. The CEO will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, drive innovation, and ensure the company's growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Successful approval and introduction including approval of diagnostic product to oncology clinics
- Excellent deal sheet
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make difficult decisions and solve complex problems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Advanced degree in business or a related field is a plus
