Prominent Charleston area law firm with an excellent culture and size is seeking a Litigation Attorney to expand its existing Litigation Practice Group (this firm is open to candidates who are currently in an Associate, Counsel or Partner role). Candidates are NOT required to have portable business (this was previously required, but the firm has decided to waive that requirement). Ideal candidates will have experience in some or all of these practice areas (in other words, not required): construction litigation, real property matters, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosures, quite title actions, title insurance disputes and HOA representation regarding covenant disputes/risk management/etc. Candidates must be able to work independently.
