Role Description
This is a full-time role for a K12 Implementation Specialist at AllHere. The K12 Implementation Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to software implementation and customer satisfaction. This hybrid role is located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while hitting & maintaining established goals & KPIs
- Strong ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with clients/educators
- Ability to establish and maintain remote relationships with co-workers, cross departmentally and with external clients
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to conduct presentations to a wide variety of audiences
Proficient with presentation & communication tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, etc
- Experience in the education industry as a teacher, school, or district administrator is a plus
- Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule at least 40% of the time
