Theft Recovery Agent


Job Details

The Theft Recovery Agent is responsible for ensuring theft packages are processed accurately and rental agreements are closed in a timely manner.


The starting pay for this role is $16.50 per hour.



What Youll Do:
Review and resolve overdue rental files in a timely manner within established guidelines.
Document contract and vehicle information within appropriate systems, including vehicle location(s), conversations, and research.
Confirm stolen status with local authorities and review all applicable systems to create a theft package and generate demand letter when applicable.
Ensure vehicles are placed in the proper hold code.
Review pending theft packages and partner with Corporate Security when appropriate.
Support multiple email inboxes and ensure responses are sent in a timely manner.
Assign vehicles to vendors, as appropriate.
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.


What Were Looking For:
Experience in customer service or call center environment
Moderate efficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to learns and achieve proficiency in new software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
Strong organization and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Bilingual is a plus
