Belay Technologies is seeking a Hardware Technician. The ideal candidate shall provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications and teleconferencing equipment. The technician will be working on a small team of 2 FTEs that support a large organization.
Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting the requirements listed.
Level 1 Hardware Technician shall possess the following capabilities:
+ Troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, and telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment.
+ Install and configure computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment, and associated cabling.
+ Maintain government and/or vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches & telephone systems.
Certification Requirements:
+ Contractor shall currently possess and maintain one of the following certifications:
+ A+ certification or equivalent approved by COR-T
