Our clients are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Franchise Consultant to join their team. As an Internal Franchise Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential franchise owners. This role requires a unique blend of financial acumen, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with high-level executives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating a hunger for success, the Internal Franchise Consultant will leverage their persuasive communication skills to engage with potential franchise owners and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills, the consultant will establish and maintain strong relationships with high-level executives, including Directors and VPs, to identify opportunities for franchise ownership.
  • Employing a consultative approach, the consultant will guide potential franchise owners through the qualification process, understanding their financial capabilities, timelines, and pain points.
  • Effectively managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Remaining coachable and following training protocols to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in franchise consulting best practices.
  • Introducing qualified leads to potential franchisors and guiding them through the franchise ownership process, similar to navigating a candidate through the interview process.
  • Assessing individuals' suitability to become successful franchise owners by evaluating their business acumen, readiness to invest, and alignment with franchise requirements.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to address their concerns.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, consulting, or business development roles, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level executives.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand financial metrics and investment requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
