Administrative Assistant Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 830a-5p
  • Pay Rate: $20/hr.
  • Room for growth
  • Healthcare benefits after 30 days

Administrative Assistant Job Description:

  • Primary responder to answer phone calls
  • Book consultation appointments for prospective clients
  • Screen incoming calls for potential clients within the scope of the firm
  • Collect paperwork and enter data into case management system
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks including but not limited to; report reviews, calendar audits and emailing


Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred
  • Prior experience in a law firm preferred - not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Data entry and spreadsheet management, ability to utilize all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with case management system
  • Must pass background clearances
