Job Summary:
Gosch Chevrolet is seeking a skilled and experienced Lube Technician to join our team at our dealership in Hemet, California. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that offers great compensation and benefits. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and service on vehicles, ensuring they are running at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles.
- Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, brake, power steering, and transmission fluids.
- Rotate tires and perform tire inspections.
- Conduct multi-point inspections on vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a lube technician or mechanic is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
