About the Role:


Rand McNally is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Revenue Operations to join our GTM leadership team and report to Rand s SVP, Sales and Marketing. This role will be critical to driving revenue growth and optimizing GTM operations. The successful candidate will develop and implement revenue strategies, manage sales forecasting and both sales and marketing operations, oversee comp plans and Monte Carlo modeling, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Rand s GTM processes. This role will closely support both Sales and Marketing and will be central to strategic decisions and planning across the growth and retention functions for Rand McNally.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage systems, processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity across the GTM ecosystem.
  • Manage CRM and other GTM-operational tools including Hubspot, analytics, etc. As well as 3rd party vendors providing applicable services.
  • Design and manage channel-related processes including deal registration, certifications, and compensation.
  • Design and manage compensation goals, plans and commission processes.
  • Design and run processes for pipeline, marketing leads as well as sales forecast and commit.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Reporting, reporting, reporting! Be the GTM quant focused on exposing data, trends and insights with recommended actions to align the business to our ground truth. Challenge GTM leadership with data.
  • Build and execute an NPS survey to add VOC insight to sales process.
  • Establish a process by which all systems and processes are evaluated quarterly for continuous improvement.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, growth-oriented revenue strategies.
  • Broad business experience a plus. The successful candidates will apply data insights to business decisions with a collaborative voice.
  • Model mindset. The successful candidate will also pursue answers in the data. And will spend the proactive time to build models to show optionality in Rand s strategy.
  • Previous collaboration with FP&A resources a requirement.
  • People-centricity. The successful candidate will collaborate well with colleagues to leverage group insight to drive a group result.
  • Five to seven years of sales and/or marketing operations experience expected.
  • Experience in the transportation logistics and service fleet space a plus.
  • Experience administering enterprise sales and CRM tools; Hubspot is a plus.

Educational Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in the field is required.
