Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining customer records and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in handling customer service tasks and resolving customer issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
