Job Title: Retail Assistant Store Manager
Job Summary:
In this role, you'll support our client by ensuring efficient operation of the Branch including everything from customer service to P&L. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to ensure their growth and hold them accountable to company standards.

Establishes goals and works toward achievement of those goals with their team.
Knowledge of human resource management and the ability to manage personnel relating to training, development, motivation, retention, and discipline.
