Part Time/Full Time (15-40 hours per week)
Pay Range Hourly: 50.00-60.00 Per 50-minute Session
Day Shift/ Evening Shift/ Weekend Shift/ PRN
Start Date: ASAP- 6 weeks
MUST BE LISENCED FULLY LICENSED IN TEXAS
OR Interns must have 1 year+ of Therapy Experience for consideration

Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Remote Mental Health Therapist at Healing Space Therapeutics. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to clients through video, phone, or text. You will work collaboratively with clients to create a safe and supportive environment and help them achieve their therapeutic goals. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the mental well-being of individuals, couples, and families, while also enjoying the perks of working from home and managing your own schedule. At Healing Space, we allow of therapist to focus on just the duties that matter most. Your duties include logging on to our client portal to respond to client messages (Use our App for convenience), Completing Video & Phone Sessions added to schedule/platform, and documenting the session notes. Other duties would be attending networking events and Staff appreciation events, when or if scheduled. Otherwise, your client interactions are your sole priority.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed or licensed-eligible as a Mental Health Therapist
- Experience providing virtual therapy sessions
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and ability to incorporate them into practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and create a comfortable space for clients
- Empathy, compassion, and strong active listening skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Flexible schedule to accommodate clients in different time zones
- Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and technology
