Role is for A Desktop Support opening. Looking for someone with an analyst approach.
1) Windows 10 experience
2) Citrix experience
3) Virtual Machine support experience
4) Large Enterprise background experience
5) MS Teams experience
6) Troubleshooting - finding the root cause and what the solutions is
PowerShell scripting and mobile support are both nice to haves
Mac OS support experience is also a nice to have
RATE RANGE: 30-36/HR (based on experience)
