Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in Mental Health services. They are actively seeking skilled therapists to join the company, whilst they experiencing rapid growth.
Role:
- Providing mental health services to all age groups
- Will hold a caseload of roughly 26 clients
- Employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients
- Resonate well with client base
- Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and progress notes
- Must exhibit strong integrity, a positive outlook, effective leadership skills, and a dedication to patient care and clinical excellence.
Candidate:
- Licensed in the state of CO
- 1yr+ experience as a licensed therapist
- Team orientated
- Driven to want to learn and grow
- Ability to resonate with client base
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
