We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Columbus, Ohio team on second shift.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, supervising maintenance staff, conducting troubleshooting and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and production standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Production Maintenance
- Supervisory Skills and experience managing a team
- Experience with Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
