Maintenance Person

Effective: July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance of facilities
• Knowledge of trades necessary for building maintenance including, but not limited to: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plastering and locksmith
• Valid N.J. driver's license
• Valid N.J. Black Seal License
• Criminal History background approval, HIB training and proof of New Jersey residency required by all successful applicants
